Photronics reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on February 25, 2020.
In 2019, five Photronics executives received on average a compensation package of $976K, a 30% increase compared to previous year.

Peter S. Kirlin, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2018. 44% of Kirlin's compensation, or $734K, was in stock awards. Kirlin also received $300K in bonus, $610K in salary, as well as $8.2K in other compensation.
Frank Lee, President, Asia IC Photomask, received a compensation package of $927K, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $429K, was in salary.
John P. Jordan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $831K in 2019, a 66% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher J. Progler, Chief Technology Officer, received $807K in 2019, which increases by 20% compared to 2018.
Richelle Burr, General Counsel, earned $663K in 2019, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Photronics' fiscal year ends on October 31.
