Photronics CEO Peter Kirlin's 2021 pay slips 5% to $2M

Photronics reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on February 10, 2022.
In 2021, five Photronics executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Peter S. Kirlin, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2020. 46% of Kirlin's compensation, or $932K, was in stock awards. Kirlin also received $425K in bonus, $641K in salary, as well as $8.7K in other compensation.
Frank Lee, President, Asia IC Photomask, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $460K, was in salary.
Richelle Burr, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher J. Progler, Chief Technology Officer, received $1.1M in 2021, which increases by 4% compared to 2020.
John P. Jordan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1M in 2021, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Photronics' fiscal year ends on October 31.
