Phreesia reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 27, 2020.
In 2020, three Phreesia executives received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 1,208% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Phreesia
Chaim Indig, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 1,953% compared to 2019. 72% of Indig's compensation, or $7.6M, was in stock awards. Indig also received $76K in non-equity incentive plan, $2.5M in option awards, as well as $346K in salary.
Evan Roberts, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M, which increased by 853% compared to previous year. 87% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Thomas Altier, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 564% increase compared to previous year.
Phreesia's fiscal year ends on January 31.
