Phreesia reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 25, 2021.
In 2021, five Phreesia executives received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Chaim Indig, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.4M in total, which decreased by 39% compared to 2020. 86% of Indig's compensation, or $5.5M, was in stock awards. Indig also received $487K in non-equity incentive plan and $419K in salary.
Allison Hoffman, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $3.9M. 93% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in stock awards.
Evan Roberts, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.1M in 2021, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
David Linetsky, SVP, Life Sciences, received $3.1M in 2021.
Thomas Altier, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 52% decrease compared to previous year.
Phreesia's fiscal year ends on January 31.
