Plantronics reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 20, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at Plantronics received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Joe Burton, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2017. 79% of Burton's compensation, or $3.7M, was in stock awards. Burton also received $281K in non-equity incentive plan, $588K in salary, as well as $110K in other compensation.
Pam Strayer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 24% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Jeff Loebbaka, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, earned $2M in 2018.
Mary Huser, General Counsel, received $1.3M in 2018, which increases by 4550% compared to 2017.
Shantanu Sarkar, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business Group, earned $1M in 2018, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Plantronics' fiscal year ends on April 2.
