Plexus reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on December 9, 2019.
In 2019, five Plexus executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Todd P. Kelsey, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.5M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2018. 53% of Kelsey's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Kelsey also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $959K in salary, as well as $230K in other compensation.
