Polaris Industries reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 11, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Polaris Industries received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Scott W. Wine, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.3M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2017. 37% of Wine's compensation, or $3.4M, was in option awards. Wine also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, $3.4M in stock awards, as well as $203K in other compensation.
Lucy Clark Dougherty, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $5.7M. 68% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Christopher S. Musso, President – Off-Road Vehicles, earned $4.1M in 2018, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Kenneth J. Pucel, Executive Vice President Global Operations, Engineering and Lean, received $3.7M in 2018, which decreases by 8% compared to 2017.
Michael T. Speetzen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
