Polaris Industries reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 13, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Polaris Industries received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott W. Wine, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2018. 40% of Wine's compensation, or $4.1M, was in stock awards. Wine also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.5M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $205K in other compensation.
Kenneth J. Pucel, Executive Vice President – Global Operations, Engineering and Lean, received a compensation package of $4M, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Michael T. Speetzen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.3M in 2019, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher S. Musso, Senior Vice President – Electrification Strategy, received $2.9M in 2019, which decreases by 29% compared to 2018.
James P. Williams, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019.
