Pool CEO Manuel Mesa's 2018 pay slips 15% to $3.3M

Pool reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 28, 2019.
In 2018, six Pool executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Manuel J. Perez de la Mesa, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.3M in total, which decreased by 15% compared to 2017. 30% of Mesa's compensation, or $994K, was in stock awards. Mesa also received $865K in non-equity incentive plan, $809K in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $114K in other compensation.
Peter D. Arvan, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
A. David Cook, Group Vice President, earned $1.8M in 2018, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Kenneth G. St. Romain, Group Vice President, received $1.7M in 2018, which decreases by 12% compared to 2017.
Mark W. Joslin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Jennifer M. Neil, Chief Legal Officer, received $999K in 2018, which decreases by 10% compared to 2017.
