Pool reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 26, 2020.
In 2019, five Pool executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter D. Arvan, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.3M in total, which increased by 29% compared to 2018. 63% of Arvan's compensation, or $2.1M, was in stock awards. Arvan also received $647K in non-equity incentive plan, $480K in salary, as well as $74K in other compensation.
A. David Cook, Group Vice President, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $858K, was in stock awards.
Kenneth G. St. Romain, Group Vice President, earned $1.6M in 2019, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark W. Joslin, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.6M in 2019, which decreases by 6% compared to 2018.
Jennifer M. Neil, Chief Legal Officer, earned $938K in 2019, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
