Pool CEO Peter Arvan's 2020 pay jumps 54% to $5.1M

Pool reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 30, 2021.
In 2020, five Pool executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 55% increase compared to previous year.
Peter D. Arvan, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which increased by 54% compared to 2019. 49% of Arvan's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Arvan also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $500K in salary, as well as $76K in other compensation.
A. David Cook, Group Vice President, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 51% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Kenneth G. St. Romain, Group Vice President, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
Mark W. Joslin, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.4M in 2020, which increases by 53% compared to 2019.
Jennifer M. Neil, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.7M in 2020, a 76% increase compared to previous year.
