Pool CEO Peter Arvan's 2021 pay rises 10% to $5.6M

Pool reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, six Pool executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter D. Arvan, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2020. 52% of Arvan's compensation, or $2.9M, was in stock awards. Arvan also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $525K in salary, as well as $61K in other compensation.
Kenneth G. St. Romain, Group Vice President, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which is about the same as previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Mark W. Joslin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.4M in 2021, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Jennifer M. Neil, Chief Legal Officer, received $1.8M in 2021, which increases by 6% compared to 2020.
Melanie M. Hart, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2021.
Jeffrey M. Clay, President, Horizon Distributors, Inc, received $1.6M in 2021.
