Potlatch reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 31, 2020.
In 2019, six Potlatch executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Covey, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2018. 47% of Covey's compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. Covey also received $1.5M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $891K in salary, as well as $101K in other compensation.
Eric J. Cremers, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Lorrie D. Scott, General Counsel, earned $1M in 2019, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas J. Temple, Vice President, Wood Products, received $1M in 2019, which decreases by 11% compared to 2018.
Jerald W. Richards, Chief Financial Officer, earned $935K in 2019, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Darin R. Ball, Vice President, Timberlands, received $917K in 2019, which decreases by 3% compared to 2018.
