Potlatch reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 30, 2021.
In 2020, six Potlatch executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Covey, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.8M in total, which increased by 47% compared to 2019. 41% of Covey's compensation, or $2.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Covey also received $822K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $925K in salary, $2.2M in stock awards, as well as $53K in other compensation.
Eric J. Cremers, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which decreased by 4% compared to previous year. 29% of the compensation package, or $864K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Thomas J. Temple, Vice President, Wood Products, earned $1.4M in 2020, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Jerald W. Richards, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.4M in 2020, which increases by 45% compared to 2019.
Michele L. Tyler, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2020.
Darin R. Ball, Vice President, Timberlands, received $1.1M in 2020, which increases by 24% compared to 2019.
