Potlatch reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, six Potlatch executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Eric J. Cremers, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.7M in total, which increased by 92% compared to 2020. 43% of Cremers' compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Cremers also received $716K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $866K in salary, as well as $80K in other compensation.
Jerald W. Richards, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $762K, was in stock awards.
Ashlee Townsend Cribb, Vice President, Wood Products, earned $1.5M in 2021.
Thomas J. Temple, Former Vice President, Wood Products and Former Vice President, received $1.4M in 2021, which decreases by 1% compared to 2020.
Michele L. Tyler, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2021, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Darin R. Ball, Vice President, Timberlands, received $1.3M in 2021, which increases by 14% compared to 2020.
