PowerFleet reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 28, 2020.
In 2019, three PowerFleet executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Chris Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 67% compared to 2018. 54% of Wolfe's compensation, or $833K, was in option awards. Wolfe also received $49K in non-equity incentive plan, $325K in salary, $336K in stock awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Ned Mavrommatis, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $543K, was in option awards.
David Mahlab, Chief Executive Officer, earned $882K in 2019.
