PowerFleet reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 11, 2021.
In 2020, four PowerFleet executives received on average a compensation package of $891K, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Chris Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2019. 55% of Wolfe's compensation, or $886K, was in option awards. Wolfe also received $297K in non-equity incentive plan, $425K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Ned Mavrommatis, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $933K, which decreased by 17% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $380K, was in option awards.
David Mahlab, Chief Executive Officer, earned $596K in 2020, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Elizabeth Elkins, Chief Product Officer, received $419K in 2020.
