PowerFleet reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 9, 2022.
In 2021, three PowerFleet executives received on average a compensation package of $837K, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Chris Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which decreased by 19% compared to 2020. 53% of Wolfe's compensation, or $689K, was in stock awards. Wolfe also received $195K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in salary, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Ned Mavrommatis, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $812K, which decreased by 13% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $318K, was in stock awards.
Elizabeth Elkins, Former Chief Product Officer, earned $397K in 2021, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
