PowerFleet reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 21, 2023.
In 2022, four PowerFleet executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 45% increase compared to previous year.

Steve Towe, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total. 39% of Towe's compensation, or $1.2M, was in option awards. Towe also received $217K in bonus, $228K in non-equity incentive plan, $425K in salary, as well as $962K in stock awards.
Patrick Maley, Former Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $903K. 32% of the compensation package, or $287K, was in salary.
Jim Zeitunian, Chief Technology Officer, earned $580K in 2022.
Chris Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer, received $347K in 2022, which decreases by 73% compared to 2021.
