PPD reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 8, 2021.
In 2020, five PPD executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 54% decrease compared to previous year.
David Simmons, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 55% compared to 2019. 51% of Simmons' compensation, or $1.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Simmons also received $1.6M in salary and $92K in other compensation.
Anshul Thakral, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and President of Evidera, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which decreased by 21% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $569K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
William Sharbaugh, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.1M in 2020, a 48% decrease compared to previous year.
Christopher Scully, Chief Financial Officer, received $1M in 2020, which decreases by 38% compared to 2019.
David Johnston, Executive Vice President of Global Clinical Development, earned $789K in 2020.
