Intrexon reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 28, 2021.
In 2020, five Intrexon executives received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 211% increase compared to previous year.
Helen Sabzevari, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which increased by 1,293% compared to 2019. 71% of Sabzevari's compensation, or $15M, was in option awards. Sabzevari also received $750K in bonus, $1M in salary, $4.1M in stock awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $74,469 at Intrexon. Therefore, the ratio of Helen Sabzevari's pay to the median employee pay was 274 to one.
Donald Lehr, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $575K, was in salary.

Rick Sterling, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2020, which decreases by 25% compared to 2019.
