Premier reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 23, 2019.
In 2019, five Premier executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Susan D. DeVore, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.7M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2018. 67% of DeVore's compensation, or $5.1M, was in stock awards. DeVore also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $92K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $120,578 at Premier. Therefore, the ratio of Susan D. DeVore's pay to the median employee pay was 64 to one.
Michael J. Alkire, President, received a compensation package of $4.5M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in stock awards.
Craig S. McKasson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.2M in 2019, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Leigh T. Anderson, President Performance Services, received $2.2M in 2019, which increases by 52% compared to 2018.
David L. Klatsky, General Counsel, earned $1.6M in 2019.
Premier's fiscal year ends on June 30.
