Premier reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 21, 2020.
In 2020, five Premier executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Susan D. DeVore, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2019. 65% of DeVore's compensation, or $5.6M, was in stock awards. DeVore also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $112K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $127,730 at Premier. Therefore, the ratio of Susan D. DeVore's pay to the median employee pay was 67 to one.
Michael J. Alkire, President, received a compensation package of $5M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $2.9M, was in stock awards.
Craig S. McKasson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.6M in 2020, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Leigh T. Anderson, President Performance Services, received $2.2M in 2020, which decreases by 1% compared to 2019.
David A. Hargraves, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, earned $2M in 2020.
Premier's fiscal year ends on June 30.
