Premier reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 19, 2022.
In 2022, five Premier executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 51% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Alkire, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2021. 63% of Alkire's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Alkire also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $186K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2022, the median employee pay was $111,125 at Premier. Therefore, the ratio of Michael J. Alkire's pay to the median employee pay was 71 to one.
Craig S. McKasson, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.7M, which increased by 53% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $4.1M, was in stock awards.
Leigh T. Anderson, President Performance Services, earned $5.4M in 2022, a 125% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Klatsky, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2022, which increases by 26% compared to 2021.
David A. Hargraves, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, earned $1.6M in 2022, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
