Cott reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 19, 2019.
In 2018, five Cott executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Jerry Fowden, Chief Executive Officer, received $7M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2017. 69% of Fowden's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards.
