Pro-Dex reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 6, 2020.
In 2020, two Pro-Dex executives received on average a compensation package of $536K, a 77% increase compared to previous year.

Richard L. Van Kirk, Chief Executive Officer, received $823K in total, which increased by 118% compared to 2019. 37% of Van Kirk's compensation, or $305K, was in salary. Van Kirk also received $281K in bonus, $201K in stock awards, as well as $36K in other compensation.
Alisha K. Charlton, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $249K, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 85% of the compensation package, or $212K, was in salary.
Pro-Dex's fiscal year ends on June 30.
