Pro-Dex reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 3, 2022.
In 2022, two Pro-Dex executives received on average a compensation package of $425K, a 67% decrease compared to previous year.

Alisha K. Charlton, Chief Financial Officer, received $433K in total, which decreased by 29% compared to 2021. 54% of Charlton's compensation, or $233K, was in salary. Charlton also received $60K in bonus, $133K in stock awards, as well as $7.4K in other compensation.
Richard L. Van Kirk, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $416K, which decreased by 79% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $305K, was in salary.
Pro-Dex's fiscal year ends on June 30.
