Prologis reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 22, 2019.
In 2018, six Prologis executives received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Hamid Moghadam, Chief Executive Officer, received $28M in total, which increased by 46% compared to 2017. 90% of Moghadam's compensation, or $25M, was in stock awards. Moghadam also received $1.8M in bonus, $1M in salary, as well as $88K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $115,368 at Prologis. Therefore, the ratio of Hamid Moghadam's pay to the median employee pay was 244 to one.
Eugene F. Reilly, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $11M, which increased by 42% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $7.7M, was in stock awards.
Edward Nekritz, Chief Legal Officer, earned $9.9M in 2018, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Gary Anderson, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in 2018, which increases by 41% compared to 2017.
Thomas Olinger, Chief Financial Officer, earned $9.8M in 2018, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Curless, Chief Investment Officer, received $9.6M in 2018, which increases by 41% compared to 2017.
