Prologis CEO Hamid Moghadam's 2019 pay rises 8% to $30M

Prologis reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 20, 2020.
In 2019, six Prologis executives received on average a compensation package of $14M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Hamid Moghadam, Chief Executive Officer, received $30M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2018. 94% of Moghadam's compensation, or $28M, was in stock awards. Moghadam also received $1.8M in bonus, $1 in salary, as well as $84K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $117,751 at Prologis. Therefore, the ratio of Hamid Moghadam's pay to the median employee pay was 258 to one.
Eugene F. Reilly, Chief Investment Officer, received a compensation package of $12M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $8.5M, was in stock awards.
Gary Anderson, Chief Operating Officer, earned $11M in 2019, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Edward Nekritz, Chief Legal Officer, received $11M in 2019, which increases by 13% compared to 2018.
Thomas Olinger, Chief Financial Officer, earned $11M in 2019, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Curless, Chief Customer Officer, received $11M in 2019, which increases by 12% compared to 2018.
