Prologis CEO Hamid Moghadam's 2020 pay rises 13% to $34M

Prologis reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, six Prologis executives received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Hamid Moghadam, Chief Executive Officer, received $34M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2019. 95% of Moghadam's compensation, or $33M, was in stock awards. Moghadam also received $1.5M in bonus, $1 in salary, as well as $81K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $104,192 at Prologis. Therefore, the ratio of Hamid Moghadam's pay to the median employee pay was 330 to one.
Eugene F. Reilly, Chief Investment Officer, received a compensation package of $13M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $9.7M, was in stock awards.
Edward Nekritz, Chief Legal Officer, earned $12M in 2020, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Gary Anderson, Chief Operating Officer, received $12M in 2020, which increases by 10% compared to 2019.
Thomas Olinger, Chief Financial Officer, earned $11M in 2020, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Curless, Chief Customer Officer, received $11M in 2020, which increases by 7% compared to 2019.
