Prologis reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, five Prologis executives received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Hamid Moghadam, Chief Executive Officer, received $25M in total, which decreased by 28% compared to 2020. 89% of Moghadam's compensation, or $22M, was in stock awards. Moghadam also received $2.6M in bonus, $1 in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $114,183 at Prologis. Therefore, the ratio of Hamid Moghadam's pay to the median employee pay was 218 to one.
Eugene F. Reilly, Chief Investment Officer, received a compensation package of $10M, which decreased by 24% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $6.8M, was in stock awards.
Gary Anderson, Chief Operating Officer, earned $9.2M in 2021, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Edward Nekritz, Chief Legal Officer, received $8.9M in 2021, which decreases by 28% compared to 2020.
Thomas Olinger, Chief Financial Officer, earned $8M in 2021, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
