Prudential Financial reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 25, 2021.
In 2020, six executives at Prudential Financial received on average a compensation package of $9.2M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Charles F. Lowrey, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2019. 39% of Lowrey's compensation, or $5.9M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Lowrey also received $1.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, $5M in stock awards, as well as $58K in other compensation.
Robert M. Falzon, Chairman, received a compensation package of $12M, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $4.6M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Stephen Pelletier, Former Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Businesses, earned $9.3M in 2020, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott G. Sleyster, Executive Vice President and Head of International Businesses, received $7.7M in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Andrew F. Sullivan, Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Businesses, earned $6.3M in 2020.
Kenneth Y. Tanji, Chief Financial Officer, received $5M in 2020, which increases by 4% compared to 2019.
