Prudential Financial reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 24, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Prudential Financial received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Charles F. Lowrey, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which increased by 32% compared to 2020. 57% of Lowrey's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Lowrey also received $781K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $6.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $92K in other compensation.
Robert M. Falzon, Chairman, received a compensation package of $16M, which increased by 30% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $9M, was in stock awards.
Scott G. Sleyster, Executive Vice President and Head of International Businesses, earned $8.7M in 2021, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew F. Sullivan, Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Businesses, received $8.3M in 2021, which increases by 32% compared to 2020.
Kenneth Y. Tanji, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7M in 2021, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
