PTC reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on January 22, 2008.
In 2007, five PTC executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M.
C. Richard Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total. 80% of Harrison's compensation, or $4.4M, was in stock awards. Harrison also received $610K in option awards, $520K in salary, as well as $8.5K in other compensation.
James Heppelmann, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M. 71% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Cornelius F. Moses, III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2007.
Paul J. Cunningham, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, received $2.2M in 2007.
Barry Cohen, Executive Vice President, Strategic Services and Partners, earned $2.1M in 2007.
PTC's fiscal year ends on September 30.
