PTC CEO C Harrison's 2008 pay rises 2% to $5.7M

PTC reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on January 20, 2009.
In 2008, five PTC executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
C. Richard Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.7M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2007. 87% of Harrison's compensation, or $4.9M, was in stock awards. Harrison also received $223K in option awards, $520K in salary, as well as $8.7K in other compensation.
James Heppelmann, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 79% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Cornelius F. Moses, III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2008, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul J. Cunningham, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, received $2.2M in 2008, which increases by 1% compared to 2007.
Barry Cohen, Executive Vice President, Strategic Services and Partners, earned $2.2M in 2008, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
PTC's fiscal year ends on September 30.
