PTC reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 23, 2019.
In 2018, seven PTC executives received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 146% increase compared to previous year.
James Heppelmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $50M in total, which increased by 357% compared to 2017. 96% of Heppelmann's compensation, or $48M, was in stock awards. Heppelmann also received $961K in non-equity incentive plan, $800K in salary, as well as $8.3K in other compensation.
Andrew Miller, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $13M, which increased by 273% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $12M, was in stock awards.
Anthony DiBona, Former EVP, Focused Solutions, earned $6.5M in 2018, a 144% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew Cohen, EVP, Field Operations, received $3.7M in 2018.
Craig Hayman, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.4M in 2018, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Barry Cohen, EVP, Chief Strategy Officer, received $3.3M in 2018, which decreases by 8% compared to 2017.
Kathleen Mitford, EVP, Products, earned $2.4M in 2018.
PTC's fiscal year ends on September 30.
