Public Service Enterprise Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 12, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Public Service Enterprise Group received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Ralph Izzo, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 67% of Izzo's compensation, or $7M, was in stock awards. Izzo also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $57K in other compensation.
Ralph A. LaRossa, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.5M, which increased by 119% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $4.4M, was in stock awards.
Daniel J. Cregg, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2018, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Tamara L. Linde, General Counsel, received $2.5M in 2018, which decreases by 4% compared to 2017.
David M. Daly, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.9M in 2018.
