Public Service Enterprise Group reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 15, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Public Service Enterprise Group received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Ralph Izzo, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2019. 64% of Izzo's compensation, or $9.1M, was in stock awards. Izzo also received $1.3M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in salary, as well as $104K in other compensation.
Ralph A. LaRossa, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in stock awards.
Daniel J. Cregg, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.6M in 2020, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Tamara L. Linde, General Counsel, received $3.2M in 2020, which decreases by 5% compared to 2019.
David M. Daly, President, earned $2.9M in 2020, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
