PulteGroup reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 25, 2019.
In 2018, five PulteGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Ryan R. Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.8M in total, which increased by 70% compared to 2017. 47% of Marshall's compensation, or $4.6M, was in stock awards. Marshall also received $1.1K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $4.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $942K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.

Harmon D. Smith, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
