PulteGroup reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 23, 2020.
In 2019, five PulteGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Ryan R. Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.2M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2018. 54% of Marshall's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards.
