PulteGroup reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 22, 2022.
In 2021, five PulteGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $7.2M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Ryan R. Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2020. 50% of Marshall's compensation, or $8.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Marshall also received $25 of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1M in salary, $7M in stock awards, as well as $27K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $136,630 at PulteGroup. Therefore, the ratio of Ryan R. Marshall's pay to the median employee pay was 118 to one.
Robert T. O'Shaughnessy, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $7.2M, which increased by 28% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $4.6M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
John J. Chadwick, Chief Operating Officer, earned $6.2M in 2021, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Todd N. Sheldon, Secretary, received $3.6M in 2021, which increases by 26% compared to 2020.
Michelle H. Hairston, SVP Human Resources, earned $2.9M in 2021, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
