Pure Cycle reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on December 1, 2020.
In 2020, two Pure Cycle executives received on average a compensation package of $594K, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark W. Harding, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2019. 47% of Harding's compensation, or $500K, was in bonus. Harding also received $118K in option awards, $450K in salary, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
Kevin B. McNeill, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $117K. 79% of the compensation package, or $92K, was in salary.
Pure Cycle's fiscal year ends on August 31.
