Pure Cycle reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on December 3, 2021.
In 2021, two Pure Cycle executives received on average a compensation package of $624K, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Mark W. Harding, Chief Executive Officer, received $1M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2020. 49% of Harding's compensation, or $500K, was in salary. Harding also received $400K in bonus, $118K in option awards, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
Kevin B. McNeill, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $228K, which increased by 95% compared to previous year. 99% of the compensation package, or $225K, was in salary.
Pure Cycle's fiscal year ends on August 31.
