Pure Cycle reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on December 2, 2022.
In 2022, two Pure Cycle executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 75% increase compared to previous year.
Mark W. Harding, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 61% compared to 2021. 46% of Harding's compensation, or $750K, was in bonus. Harding also received $387K in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
Kevin B. McNeill, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $547K, which increased by 141% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $265K, was in salary.
Pure Cycle's fiscal year ends on August 31.
