PVH CEO Emanuel Chirico's 2018 pay slips 1% to $17M

PVH reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on May 7, 2019.
In 2018, five PVH executives received on average a compensation package of $7.4M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Emanuel Chirico, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2017. 47% of Chirico's compensation, or $8M, was in stock awards. Chirico also received $609K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $4.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.1M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $206K in other compensation.
Francis K. Duane, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $6.9M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $3.7M, was in stock awards.
Michael A. Shaffer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating & Financial Officer, PVH Corp, earned $4.9M in 2018, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel Grieder, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in 2018, which decreases by 7% compared to 2017.
Steven B. Shiffman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.7M in 2018, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
PVH's fiscal year ends on January 29.
