PVH reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 7, 2020.
In 2019, six PVH executives received on average a compensation package of $9.8M, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Emanuel Chirico, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2018. 46% of Chirico's compensation, or $8M, was in stock awards. Chirico also received $3.7M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $254K in other compensation.
Daniel Grieder, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $13M, which increased by 188% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $5.9M, was in stock awards.
Michael A. Shaffer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating & Financial Officer, PVH Corp, earned $10M in 2019, a 108% increase compared to previous year.
Stefan Larsson, President, PVH Corp, received $6.7M in 2019.
Steven B. Shiffman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $6.3M in 2019, a 71% increase compared to previous year.
Cheryl Abel-hodges, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in 2019.
PVH's fiscal year ends on January 29.
