PVH reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 6, 2022.
In 2021, seven PVH executives received on average a compensation package of $6.6M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Stefan Larsson, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 81% compared to 2020. 43% of Larsson's compensation, or $6.4M, was in stock awards. Larsson also received $201K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $5.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.6M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $10K in other compensation.
Michael A. Shaffer, Former Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Operating & Financial Officer, PVH Corp, received a compensation package of $8.5M, which increased by 75% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in other compensation.
Patricia Donnelly, Chief Executive Officer, earned $8.2M in 2021.
Cheryl Abel-hodges, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in 2021, which increases by 6% compared to 2020.
Martijn Hagman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.1M in 2021, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Julie A. Fuller, Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, received $3.6M in 2021.
James W. Holmes, Executive Vice President and Controller, earned $2.6M in 2021.
PVH's fiscal year ends on January 29.
