Qorvo reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on June 25, 2019.
In 2019, five Qorvo executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Robert A. Bruggeworth, Chief Executive Officer, received $8M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2018. 75% of Bruggeworth's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Bruggeworth also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $826K in salary, as well as $9.8K in other compensation.
Steven E. Creviston, Corporate VP, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
Paul J. Fego, Corporate VP, earned $2.7M in 2019.
Mark J. Murphy, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.6M in 2019, which increases by 9% compared to 2018.
James L. Klein, Corporate VP, earned $2.3M in 2019, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Qorvo's fiscal year ends on April 2.
