QUALCOMM reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 24, 2019.
In 2018, five QUALCOMM executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Steve Mollenkopf, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which increased by 72% compared to 2017. 50% of Mollenkopf's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Mollenkopf also received $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $6M in option awards, $1.4M in salary, as well as $322K in other compensation.
Cristiano R. Amon, President, received a compensation package of $14M, which increased by 56% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $11M, was in stock awards.
James H. Thompson, Chief Technology Officer, earned $9.1M in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
George S. Davis, Chief Financial Officer, received $7.6M in 2018, which increases by 8% compared to 2017.
Donald J. Rosenberg, General Counsel, earned $6.6M in 2018.
QUALCOMM's fiscal year ends on September 25.
