QUALCOMM reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 21, 2021.
In 2020, five QUALCOMM executives received on average a compensation package of $14M, a 53% increase compared to previous year.
Steve Mollenkopf, Chief Executive Officer, received $26M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2019. 69% of Mollenkopf's compensation, or $18M, was in stock awards. Mollenkopf also received $6.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $262K in other compensation.
Cristiano R. Amon, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $15M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $10M, was in stock awards.
James H. Thompson, Chief Technology Officer, earned $13M in 2020, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Alexander H. Rogers, Executive Vice President and President, Qualcomm Technology Licensing, received $8.1M in 2020, which increases by 13% compared to 2019.
Akash Palkhiwala, Chief Financial Officer, earned $8M in 2020, a 62% increase compared to previous year.
QUALCOMM's fiscal year ends on September 25.
